Ingredients
  • 90g Wild Rocket
  • 8 dried figs, quartered or striped
  • 40 g grated or fresh Feta cheese for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions

Firstly, toss rocket, figs and pine nuts together in a large bowl. Then drizzle honey,olive oil and balsamic vinegar over salad. Use feta cheese on the top before serving. Enjoy
